75 Hard AI Challenge
Build real AI fluency in 75 days by following 5 simple rules.
Not another course. A daily commitment with something real to show at the end.
Build · Learn · Share · Connect · Grow
Everyone's talking about AI. Most people scroll through the headlines, watch the demos, maybe try ChatGPT a few times... and that's where it ends.
You've probably thought: I should really learn this stuff.
But then what? You bookmark a bunch of videos you never go back to. You try a tool for 20 minutes and move on. You tell yourself you'll get to it next week.
Next week never comes. And meanwhile, the gap between people who actually know AI and people who just talk about AI gets wider every single day.
The 75 Hard AI Challenge is how you close that gap.
75 days of showing up. 5 daily tasks. At the end, you'll have a real project, real skills, and 75 days of proof that you actually did it.
This isn't another course. It's not a tutorial playlist. It's a commitment — and the result is something you can point to and say: I built that with AI.
No coding required. No AI background needed. Just 75 days of doing the work.
Every day, AI gets more powerful. Every day, the gap grows between people who use AI and people who just hear about it.
You know you should be learning this. You've probably tried.
Maybe you started a course and didn't finish it. Maybe you played with ChatGPT for a week and then forgot about it. Maybe you've been meaning to "get into AI" for months now, but there's always something else going on.
The problem isn't motivation. The problem isn't intelligence. The problem is that there's no structure, no accountability, and no deadline.
That's what this challenge gives you.
What is the 75 Hard AI Challenge?
The 75 Hard AI Challenge is a 75-day structured challenge designed to take you from wherever you are right now to genuine AI fluency — with something real to show for it.
Every day, you complete 5 simple AI tasks. You do this for 75 days straight. That's it.
Every task can be done using conversational AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or whatever you prefer. The AI does the heavy lifting. You show up and direct it.
These are non-negotiable. Every day, all five.

Daily Checklist
Simple rules. Hard because you do them every day.
1 hour building
10 minutes learning
1 public post
1 person helped
1 personal growth session
75 minutes for 75 days
That's it. Five simple rules. One hour, ten minutes, one post, one person, one session.
The rules are straightforward, and each one is explained in depth with examples, ideas, and resources when you join the challenge — so you'll know exactly what to do from Day 1.
BUILD — 1 hour per day
Pick a project on Day 1. Work on it every day using your AI tool of choice — you direct, the AI builds.
What can you build?
- A content automation system for your business or niche
- A prompt library tailored to your industry
- A resource hub or knowledge base for a community you care about
- A workflow automation that saves you (or someone else) hours
- An AI-generated portfolio or visual project
- An app or web tool — built entirely through conversation with AI
- Literally anything you can track and build over time
How does Git work?
Every day, your progress gets saved publicly to your Git repository. Think of it as your progress photo — your commit history shows every step of the journey. On Day 75, you can scroll from your first commit to your last and see exactly how far you came.
Don't know Git? Your AI tool sets it up for you. You tell it "create a repository for my project" and it handles everything. You never touch a single command.
What counts?
Anything that shows real progress. Code files, documents, images, prompt templates, configuration files, workflow diagrams. If you're building a prompt library, your daily commit might be three new prompts you tested and refined. If you're building an app, it might be a new feature. The format doesn't matter — the progress does.
LEARN — 10 minutes per day
Watch at least 10 minutes of AI-focused video content. Intentionally.
What counts:
- YouTube tutorials on AI tools and techniques
- Online course videos (free or paid)
- Conference talks and keynotes about AI
- Tool-specific walkthroughs and demos
- AI news breakdowns and analysis
What doesn't count:
- Scrolling through short-form AI clips on TikTok or Reels
- Background listening while doing something else
- Videos you've already watched
10 minutes is the minimum. It's a low bar on purpose — most people end up watching longer once they start. But even on your busiest day, 10 minutes of intentional learning is non-negotiable.
Bonus: Leave a comment on the video sharing one thing you learned. This reinforces your learning, contributes to the creator's engagement, and creates a public trail of your AI education.
SHARE — 1 post per day
Pick your platform on Day 1 — LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, a blog — wherever your people are. Post something every day about what you're learning, building, or experiencing.
This is your public accountability. You're articulating what you actually did — not just consuming. The same people who probably got you interested in AI will now see your real journey. Be real. That's what resonates.
What counts:
- A text post about what you learned or built today
- A screenshot of your project's progress with context
- A short video showing something you built or discovered
- A thread breaking down an AI concept you just learned
- A "Day X" update with reflections on the journey so far
- A tip or technique you discovered while working on your project
- An honest post about struggling, failing, or being confused — vulnerability performs
- A before/after of your project (yesterday vs. today)
What doesn't count:
- Sharing someone else's content without your own perspective
- A post with nothing to do with AI or the challenge
- Engagement farming with no substance ("Day 23! Still going!")
Every post includes #75HardAI — this is how participants find each other across platforms and how the challenge grows organically.
CONNECT — 1 person per day
Every day, help one person with an AI-related question or problem. Online or in person. Publicly or privately.
What counts:
- Answering a question in the challenge community
- Responding to someone's AI question on social media (Reddit, X, LinkedIn, Quora)
- Helping a coworker, friend, or family member with something AI-related
- Showing someone how to use an AI tool to solve a problem they mentioned — even if they didn't frame it as an "AI question"
- Jumping into a forum thread where someone is stuck
- Explaining an AI concept to someone who's curious
Why this matters:
Teaching is the fastest way to learn. Every time you explain something to someone else, you deepen your own understanding. By Day 75, you'll have helped 75 people — and you'll understand AI well enough to explain it to anyone.
There's a deeper purpose here too. People ask questions every day that could be answered with AI — they just don't know it yet. By training yourself to spot these opportunities, you develop a reflex for seeing AI applications in the real world. By Day 75, you'll be the person everyone comes to.
GROW — 1 session per day
This is the rule most people don't expect to love.
Use your AI as a thinking partner for your actual life. Not for productivity. Not for work. For you.
What this looks like:
- End your day with: "Here's what happened today — what patterns do you notice in how I handled it?"
- Work through a decision you've been avoiding
- Ask it to help you reframe something that's been weighing on you
- Journal with it about what you're grateful for and what you'd do differently
- Explore your strengths, blind spots, and recurring patterns
- Have a coaching-style conversation about your goals, fears, or mindset
- Prep for a difficult conversation or decision
- Ask it to challenge a limiting belief you've been carrying
Why this is here:
Most people think of AI as a productivity tool. This rule teaches you it's also a mirror, a coach, and a sounding board. AI can help you understand yourself better, make better decisions, and show up as a better version of yourself.
This is the soul of the challenge. AI fluency is the headline — but becoming a more self-aware, intentional person is the transformation most people don't see coming. By Day 75, this might be the rule that changed you the most.
75 Days From Now
75+ Hours of Real AI Experience
By the end, you'll have more hands-on AI experience than most people accumulate in a year of "meaning to get around to it." Not watching. Not reading about it. Doing it.
A Finished Project You Can Point To
No more "I'm learning AI" with nothing to show. A real project — visible, public, with a full history of how you built it from scratch. It's yours, and it's done.
Public Accountability That Compounds
75 posts documenting a real journey. Not content for content's sake — proof of work. You'll be articulating what you actually built and learned, in public, to the same people who probably got you interested in AI in the first place. By Day 75, that body of work speaks for itself.
You Become "The AI Person"
By Day 75, you've helped 75 people with AI. You've shown up publicly every single day. Whether you planned it or not — you're now the person people come to with AI questions. That reputation compounds.
You Actually Understand It (Because You Taught It)
Teaching is the fastest way to truly learn something. Every time you help someone, you reinforce your own understanding. By Day 75, you won't just know AI tools — you'll understand them deeply enough to explain them to anyone.
Personal Growth You Didn't Expect
The GROW rule is where this challenge gets real. A daily habit of reflection, self-awareness, and intentional growth — powered by AI. AI fluency is the headline. Becoming a more thoughtful, self-aware person is what you didn't see coming.
The Confidence of Following Through
When you finish, you'll know — not believe, know — that you can commit to something hard and see it through. That confidence bleeds into everything else.
Is This For You?
Complete beginners.
You've heard of ChatGPT but you don't really know what AI can do yet. Perfect. This challenge was designed for you. You don't need to write a single line of code. Your AI tool does the building — you tell it what to build.
Curious professionals.
You use AI a little bit at work, but you know you're barely scratching the surface. This challenge gives you the structure to go deeper, with a project to prove it.
Career pivoters.
You're looking to add AI to your skill set, or you're considering a move into an AI-related field. 75 days of daily building, learning, and sharing gives you both the skills and the portfolio to back it up.
Creators and builders.
You have ideas but no system to execute them. This challenge gives you the daily framework to actually ship something — and a community to keep you accountable.
If you've been meaning to "learn AI" and haven't — this is your structure. If you know some AI but haven't built anything real — this is your push.
We're Doing This Together
This challenge isn't something you do alone in your room.
I'm doing it right alongside you — same rules, same daily commitment, same 75 days. And so are hundreds of other people who decided that today was the day they stopped just talking about AI.
You'll see my progress. I'll see yours. We'll figure things out together, share what's working, and push each other through the days where it feels like a grind.
Because that's how real learning happens. Not in isolation. Together.
The 75 Hard AI Community Changes That
Learning AI by yourself is possible. But it's slow, it's lonely, and it's easy to quit.
The 75 Hard AI community changes that. When you join the challenge, you step into a group of people who are on the same 75-day path, facing the same daily rules, building their own projects alongside yours.
If you're a complete beginner: The community has everything you need to get started — guides, templates, tool walkthroughs, and project ideas. You will not be left behind. Every resource you need from Day 1 to Day 75 is inside.
If you're already familiar with AI: You'll find people pushing into advanced territory, experimenting with new tools, and building ambitious projects. Plus, helping beginners is literally one of the five daily rules — so your knowledge makes the community stronger.
For everyone: Daily threads, Showcase Days every 10 days, curated resources, and a culture of constructive feedback. The community is the reason people finish the challenge instead of quitting on Day 14.

Day 1 — Declare Your Commitment
On your first day, you make three public declarations: your project, your platform, and your Day 1 post. Tell the world you're starting. Use #75HardAI.
Do the Work — 75 Days
Every day, complete the five rules. Track your progress. Post in the community. Build your project. Learn. Share. Connect. Grow.
Showcase Days (Every 10 Days)
On Days 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, and 70 — the community comes together. Share what you've built so far. Get feedback. See what everyone else is making. These days are about stepping back, looking at the bigger picture, and getting inspired.
On Showcase Days, the 1-hour build requirement is replaced by the showcase itself. Think of these as your built-in breather — you're still in the challenge, but the focus shifts from building to reflecting and connecting.
Day 75 — You Did It
You have a finished project. A public Git history showing every step of the journey. 75 pieces of content. A community of people who went through it with you. And a level of AI fluency that didn't exist 75 days ago.
The 75 Soft AI Option
75 Hard
All five rules. Every single day.
The 75 Hard AI Challenge is 75 consecutive days. All five rules. Every single day. No exceptions.
That's the challenge. That's what builds the deepest discipline and the strongest results.
75 Soft
Same rules. A little breathing room.
If 75 consecutive days feels like too much right now, there's the 75 Soft AI Challenge: same five rules, same 75 days, but you can miss a day as long as you never miss two days in a row.
Two consecutive missed days and you restart from Day 1.
But the real goal here is AI fluency — not punishment.
The Soft version still demands consistency. You still put in the work. You still finish with a project, a content trail, and real skills. The difference is a little breathing room for the days life gets in the way.
Both paths end at the same place: 75 days of AI work done. One finished project. Real fluency.
Pick the version that gets you to the finish line.
Common Questions
I don't know how to code.
I don't know what to build.
75 days is a long time.
I'll start next month.
Can I modify the rules?
I'm already pretty good with AI. Is this too basic?
What if I miss a day?
In the Soft version: missing one day is fine. Missing two in a row means restart from Day 1. Pick the version that matches your commitment level.
